Our vision

To inspire, train, equip and mobilise Australian Churches and agencies into more effective evangelism and holistic ministry with prisoners, ex-offenders and their families, using the Alpha Course & its subsidiary courses and the Caring for Ex-Offender program.

Alpha International Holistic Ministry for Prisons Vision:

• The (re)-evangelisation of our prisons (using the Alpha course, in the prisons) and the transformation of society (through establishing prison ministries from the local churches both inside and out).
• To put in place as many of the elements of the holistic model in as many prisons as possible, by empowering the local churches and Chaplaincies to provide these ministries, incorporating an integrated approach through the wall linking with CFEO, thereby providing the ideal holistic prison ministry model.
